Mr Steven Yeo is the CEO of Yang & Company, a strategy consulting firm in Singapore focused on partnering clients in embarking on their niche regional or global expansion. Yang & Company was founded in Beijing and previously known as Yang Alliance Limited.

As a Senior Accredited Director - SID (Singapore Institute of Directors), Steven engages at the board level on corporate governance, nomination, strategic vision and execution.

Given the ongoing geopolitical market complexities, Steven is able to leverage on his extensive global network and experience, having held CEO and board appointments in the diverse markets and industries that he has worked in. Steven was CEO & Board member at TD Tech China, APAC President at Ingersoll Rand, Country MD at Johnson Controls and Regional CFO at Siemens AG.

Steven is an ex-partner at ZhiTou Capital, a venture capital fund that grows start ups in segments such as AI, robotics and digitalization software. Additionally, he is an angel investor and mentor for a number of start ups both in China and the US.
